  Carpet was fine but fitters where 2hours late one day and didn’t turn up the next. Marked my skirtings with Stanley knife and scuffed all my newly plastered and painted hall ceiling with carpet. J&W not replying to complaint emails. You trust the recommendation of the carpet shop so they should take some responsibility. For this reason I will never shop at J&W again. Birkenshaw (uddingston) branch.
