  Garbage company.....garbage customer service....any issues have to go through A main number which is a joke (you will wait forever and get nowhere). 4 days late on a next day delivery!
  
  Never ordering from a company that uses dpd to deliver again!

  This mob are an absolute disgrace. They accepted an order for guaranteed next day delivery on Wednesday 7th March - in full knowledge that they had a 3 day backlog and there was no way they would meet the next day delivery promise. I have now been told I will get my package on Monday 12th March - 4 days late - and they will not allow any collections from the depot!!! This consignment was critical. They are still accepting next day delivery orders - pretending that nothing has happened. They get one star because I can't post this review unless they get at least 1. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  I paid £6.40 for next day delivery and three days on I have still received my parcel. DPD claim they made 2 attempts to deliver but I was at home all day on both days but no one called. Their online tracking system claims that the operative left a calling card on the second visit but no such card arrived through my letterbox. I cannot reach the depot by telephone and so far I have not received a reply to any of my emails.
  Disgraceful...
